Meet MK Valenti

I'm a single Mom and self-transformation success story. I lost over 100 pounds and competed as a figure bodybuilder. This was a 19-month journey from 227 pounds to the stage. I modeled to show what is possible. I then severed the tendon in my hand but recovered and competed just months later as a Strongwoman competitor. Today, I am a Master Reiki Practitioner and that's just the beginning! I feel called to share my trials and triumphs to help others. Through my own journey of self-discovery and perseverance I share relatable content. I help many to believe what is possible. My journey is never-ending, and I aim to inspire many individuals and groups to get started achieving their own goals, hopes and dreams. 

I have a passion for inspiring audiences with my journey. As a motivational speaker, my speeches are designed to entertain, educate and uplift many to seek the best version of themselves. My transformation of mind, body, heart and spirit is relatable and encouraging. I am called to help others through my transparency and vulnerability.
